Frozen Cowell; Super Villain or Super Nut

Real life Bond super-villain Simon Cowell wants to cryogenicly freeze himself to help save the British public. This is either a cunning plan like that of great bond villain......erm.....or was it Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers Trilogy or the birds have finally flown the Cowell nest and we can assume that he is no longer a threat to national or global security. This being so, I think we can expect to see him in a trilby and sunglasses quite soon.
